Sovereign as one being. Embracing the new as Ei's future now finally mirrors her past.

As for how she becomes a fully fledged dragon, that requires questioning the nature of the Throne of the Electro Archon and i believe I've tapped enough fknfkff

Who represents Ei's past as the Kagemusha, with the third Raiden/the one sealed beneath the Sacred Sakura representing Ei's past as the Electro Sovereign. Just as in the Golden Karp/Koi myth. Ei's awakening as referenced my Makoto will likely be fully realizing and returning the Electro (60/?)

It could be argued that this echo description could be interpreted as a parallel to both Columbina's and Zibai's story.

Following along with this, Ei having to face her past is likely what she will need to do based on Makoto's line after Ei had won against her duel with the Raiden Shogun (59/?)

With the aforementioned jade in Ei's Echo representing these memories as the Electro Sovereign, which as the deadly self who lacks all memories of whom she was, is indeed beyond reach as the only source that Ei would know of is Makoto who has been dead for centuries. (58/?)

But also jade.

Jade is connected to the hearts/memories of dragons. With Ix Uxul Tz'ib Bolon Chu'ule-L heart being described as jade. Other instances of jade also depict memories and feelings such in the descriptions Primordial Jade Cutter, Jadefall's Splendor and the Noctilucuos Jade. (57/?)

Behind Ei as a representation of how she felt in the Plane of Euthymia prior to the AQ, and also with the Iridescent Moon punishment being caused by gazing upon a God parallel Ei's overwhelming and destructive omnipresence.

Ei's Echo: Plane of Euthymia also makes mention of both the moon (56/?)

exploiting one of them to serve as the Electro Archon given that Egeria existed around a similar time.

It would also be correct to consider them as the deadly selves since Ei on multiple occasions is considered a Calamitous God - akin to Sonnet - with both the appearance of the crimson moon (55/?)

greatest threat to the Heavenly Principles. Futhermore, this would also explain why Ei had to give up her life in order for Makoto to ascend as it would be fitting that the Heavenly Principles was trying to remove as many selves of the Electro Sovereign out of the equation while also (54/?)

As for the third self, or Earthly self, its likely that they are the one who is sealed beneath the Sacred Sakura with the tree itself being a deal made between Makoto and Istaroth with the main intention of sealing away the self that has the most memories and thus the one that serves as the (53/?)

then this would explain how these feats were preformed by both Ei and Makoto.

As in this theory, the Electro Sovereign split itself into three deadly selves with both Makoto and Ei being one of these deadly selves. With Ei being the Heavenly self and Makoto being the "Human" self. (52/?)

Specifically, this feat of preserving one's soul is said by Zhongli to only be a power that Time has. Both Ei and Makoto have preserved their own souls before, with Makoto even bringing Ei back to life by recalling her will. Presuming this too is a power of the Electro Sovereign (51/?)

Something similar that appears in multiple nations and holds the same earth, human, sky/heaven trio is the Tri-Factor Exclusion technique, which we have seen demonstrated with Zibai. Specifically, the factor of preserving an individuals soul through these deadly selves (50/?)

Now onto how exactly Ei is connected to the Electro Sovereign in this theory.

The Mitsudome is the symbol commonly used to represent Electro in Genshin as well as being the symbol of the Raiden Shogun; the symbol itself can represent the Shinto idea of man, earth and sky. (49/?)

Specifically she emphasis how dangerous it is in relation to suppress this being, that the Sacred Sakura weakening is. Therefore, whatever the Sacred Sakura is sealing, which is likely the Electro Sovereign in some aspect, is something that is incredibly dangerous. (48/?)

something.

Miyuki in the Sakura Aborism quest says "毕竟树下还镇守着那位大人的/After all, these trees are still guarding what lies beneath, that Great One’s...” Daren/大人 is a respectful term to address someone of high rank and de/的 indicates whatever Miyuki didn’t say relates back to this person. (47/?)

did it suddenly appear for her, but also that it has a significant amount of power by which it helped quell the disaster in Inazuma as well as protecting it. Even noting that Ei suspects there is something special about the Sacred Sakura.

The Sacred Sakura is also described as suppressing (46/?)

The Sacred Sakura in of itself is incredibly mysterious and suspicious. We don't know for certain how exactly it was created, with our main understanding suggesting it was a deal between Makoto and Istaroth which led to its creation.

In the Cleansing Light quest, Ei mentions how for not only (45/?)

furthermore given the significance of water and the overcoming of a seemingly impossible feat, this myth would align well with the possibility of Ei ascending to her position as full Electro Sovereign.

Before I continue on its important to adress the Sacred Sakura. (44/?)

Within Japanese and Chinese mythos, there is also the Golden Karp/Koi Myth. Which while although seems rather baseless, however the peak of Tenshukaku's roof features two fish (be it Koi or Karp its hard to tell) which are golden. The myth has themes of enlightenment and transformation (43/?)

specifically described as being of nature, akin to how all the Sovereigns are - due to the fact there is no clear distinction between a youkai and kami.

Thus it is quite possible that while Ei could be considered a youkai, she too could also be considered a kami.

Additionally, (42/?)

Ei takes inspiration from Raijin who is the God of Thunder, Lightning and Storms in Japanese mythology, with an important note of him being a youkai yet is also venerated as a kami - Japanese deities, divinities, spirits, mythological, spiritual or natural phenomenon which are venerated, who (41/?)

but this description furthers it to suggest that Ei's form is the most supreme and noble of forms.

Once again, Ei is being depicted as someone far grander than initially led to be or suspected.

Futhermore, its important to note the relationship between Youkai and Kami as (40/?)

its the importance of the fact that the Raiden Shogun's body and authority is all that of Ei's authority, thus descriptions of hers can be applied to Ei.

The description for the weekly boss reaffirms what Ei has already been described as being; the most supreme incarnation of lightning (39/?)

First we have Magatsu Mitake Narukami no Mikoto, or the Raiden Shogun Weekly boss.

While the Raiden Shogun puppet and Ei are technically two separate people, throughout the story they are treated as one in the same. With the puppet being a reflection of Ei's past.

In this instance, (38/?)

🌩Ei is the Electro Sovereign:

Finally, its time for the section you all have been waiting for where i propose how Ei is connected to the Electro Sovereign directly beyond what I've already discussed. Perhaps it would be better to say how Ei is part of the Electro Sovereign but semantics. (37/?)
