The book contains some drawings with notes, and text: Vampyr and sunwalking It is rumoured that there have been sightings of vampires walking in full sunlight without burning to ash. Were these rumours true, or just scared townsfolk branding a monstrous name onto people who terrorised their homes? It's hard to say for certain. Perhaps we must first consider what exactly is a vampire? Their existence is both well known but also shrouded in mystery. Creatures of the night that feast on blood, but why? Can they no longer consume normal mortal foods? What about fluids? If they can drink blood, can they also drink wine? Does it harm them in any way?
