Imo that would be a mistake from a business perspective if true, due to how risky these changes are for them. If it blows up in their face (not saying it will, only that it could) then incremental improvements may not be fast enough to turn things around.

The devs have definitely been very clear about everything that's happened so far, but I do wonder if they have any kind of contingency plan ready incase the changes result in a significant dip in subscribers after pre-patch and/or Midnight's launch.

I find it VERY disappointing that Ranged is the suggested DK option, I want my Blood DPS spec back!! I legit quit WoW for two years way back when it was announced that Blood would become Tank only in Cataclysm.
