to clarify, nozomi and the high quality rips are two separate mods! im working on the HQ rips mod with a friend, and it lets you toggle the music to any mix of the rips you want (or let the vanilla songs play if none of them tickle your fancy!)
think the S3 Complete alt ost mod, it's like that

working on a nozomi mod for sonic 3 air, as a tails reskin!! this one's more of just a small side thing while i work on siivatower and the holofunk port, but still a high priority for me nonetheless
