Not only did Mexico's President Claudia Sheinbaum sent rescue teams to Central Texas, her team was there 2 days before Kristi Noem allowed FEMA to go there.

This is the ER waiting room at a major hospital in East Tennessee. My 93 year old minor was taken there by ambulance with a broken femur around 5 pm. She is in “holding” as if 12:10 am. She is in excruciating pain, not been seen by a doctor, no family allowed to see her. Third world healthcare.
