I bought Goodles exclusively because the packaging made me laugh, and I am pleased to report that they also taste great, so this was an all around successful purchase.

So I guess we're having a loaf of jam for lunch.

I'm bulk baking some baked oats for the freezer and my brain kind of checked out halfway through assembling the pans and I forgot to divide the PB&J pan in half (PB one side, jam on the other) so that I could effectively swirl them together

So it looks like we're just about to eat a loaf pan of jam

I knew it was gonna be windy. But it's too cold outside to turn the AC on, and too warm on the second floor of the house to not have windows open.

Literally opened our windows upstairs last night before bed, but we have a wind advisory, which in Reno means super duper hyper wind, so all the doors slammed shut in the middle of the night like a spooky paranormal movie.

I actually own very few decorations. But the few I have make me happy.

In much less depressing news, I've lost 50lbs since April, so, I've got that going for me.

Unfortunately, now a lot of my clothes don't fit, and I need to buy a new wardrobe. I hate clothes shopping.

Wow, Halloween next WEEK* not next year.

Ok I'm done being a downer.

I don't have many people to talk to so sometimes my cup of hopeless apathy overfloweth and I need to just toss some negativity into the void to balance things back out.

Anyway, it's Halloween next year and I haven't even put up any of my fall/Halloween decor yet, and I love fall decor more than anything.

Maybe doing that will distract me for a bit from, like, all the things.

Literally stashed like 5 copies of Kyle's "papers" in our cars and at his office so he's always got something with him if he needs it.

Unfortunately, they only give you one green card, so my purse is just fusing to my body as an additional limb at this point.

I think I might be depressed, but too stubborn and busy to acknowledge it.

I feel stuck and trapped and gross and a little fearful, even though I have no legitimate reason to be. But, like, legitimacy doesn't seem to matter anymore, so.

Every day is so much harder than the last.

I'm so tired.

My life update is that I feel less accepted than I ever have in my entire life, and I can't really even talk about it anywhere for fear of consequences that shouldn't even be a thing.

So that's been a cool way to live for the past many many months.

I haven't been on here for a while.

Someone should tell math that nobody fucking wants floating points, like, ever.

I just spent 2 hours trying to fix one of my spreadsheets for work b/c it was returning a -0.00 value, which shouldn't be, like, possible.

So anyway, I just learned about the existence of floating point arithmetic and I'm SALTY about how much of my fucking time it just wasted.

I was aiming for 99 totems but on my 89th kill Y'ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL ya gurl had a good roll finally.

Anyway rosacea is dumb and I wish it upon nobody b/c it's very annoying. I am lucky enough to not have a severe case, and mine can be managed with a good skincare routine to stay comfortable (it just doesn't help the redness). There are people way worse off than me. I'm thankful mine isn't that bad.

Anyway, I'm interested in seeing where this goes. Topical metronidazole did nothing for me (and I seem to be slightly allergic to doxycycline), so to get any results at all is interesting to see, no matter which way they go.

Not bad and not good, it's just... interesting. The inflamed blood vessels in my cheeks seem more pronounced than ever and I look like I have purple spiderwebs in my face.

I'm not concerned, I only just started so I'm sure it's a work in progress, but it is certainly fascinating.
