Really great points, in the post, highlighting the importance of harm reduction. So important that people research before taking any drug, even if it's one they've taken before, get it tested to confirm what it is (if possible), start with a smaller amount to see how it feels, and avoid mixing.

On crew.scot/drug-alert-update-nitazenes/ there is a Drug Alert Update on a type of Synthetic Opioids called nitazenes. There is information on harm reduction, how to support in an overdose situation including how to book naloxone training and get a naloxone kit, as well as resources from SDF, RADAR and Crew.
