I love hot chocolate and I love ginger and combining them is absolutely *genius*. It's so rich and warming; the chocolate is sweet and delicious up front and it leaves you with that warm gingery spice. Phenomenal, and so easy to make.
Made this with demererra rather than black sugar (because I couldn't get it) and it's really, really delicious.
