Throwing aside all nuance, as a queer adult, I see this "uptown boy" as a "boy" in the Leather sense, and the "teacher" as an older and probably dominant partner. Yet the feelings presented are relatable to listeners no matter their orientation or interpretation of the song.
Notice the lack of gendered language, the lack of a visible partner, the use of a mirror as the only representation of a second individual in the video, implying a sameness/similarity between George Michael and the unnamed lover. Then notice the anguish. The inner turmoil. The loss of trust.

Yes! How can basically a tiny stupid living vacuum do this I will never understand 😂 I usually don't get chomped but my last baby had a problem with aggressively attacking the tongs during feeding so I had to switch to hand feeding only. Never happened again.
