We have to fix our way out of this crisis, we can not adopt our way out.

Noelle (2) - We catch slack for this often, but we aren't alone. This is standard rescue practice to ensure ALL animals are fixed, including mom.

This fella was left behind at a homeless camp with several other ferals. Ideally he needs to get adopted out & NOT returned to the field he came from but open space is non existent almost everywhere.

Saweetie may not steal the spotlight at adoption events, but we promise she’s worth the wait. 💕

Some cats walk into a new place like they own it. Saweetie is more of the “let me observe from a safe distance & make sure you’re not weird first” type.
And honestly, we respect that.

At her foster home, Saweetie is a completely different cat. Once she feels safe, she relaxes, explores & shows off the sweet personality that gave her her name in the 1st place.

Let’s talk about Saweetie for a minute.
If you’ve seen her at one of our adoption events, you probably noticed she’s a bit… reserved. And by reserved, we mean she’s pretty sure the whole event situation is not her vibe. Lots of people, lots of noise, & nowhere to hide? Hard pass.

There were immediate food bowl inspections, dramatic meowing, & at least 3 cats who are absolutely convinced the entire donation belongs exclusively to them.
Thanks to you, lots of hungry rescue bellies will be full.
