maybe, maybe, twitch just hasn't automatically publishe the VOD for whatever reason. In this case your video should appear in the video producer menu of the dashboard, and there should be a button to publish it.
If it's not there, it don't know why twitch hate PE

the only way to keep the video forever is to record it (usually with OBS) when you do your stream.
Not sure however if there is a way to recover the stream of yesterday (which was great for the half I see!)

by going on your creator dashboard (click on the "customize channel" button on your twitch page) you can go the "stream" sub menu on the left and put on "Store past broadcasts" (and "Always Publish VODs" to make it automatic) which will keep the video of your stream on your twitch page for 7 days

is it possible to save the stream on twitch to watch it later? I fell asleep in the middle of the stream 🥲
