Unsolicited advice, but since I know this all too well, Clip Paint actually has tools for that.
If you use Vector Layer and 'Fill up to vector path' on the Fill tool, it does a better job at it. And the 'Paint unfilled area' tool lets you easily fix any bad spots.

Can't speak for Tour, but I can swear by using a handheld device (I use TabMate that is tailored for Clip Studio) and then combine it with StrokesPlus when bound to one of the pen-buttons. It's very freeing for your other hand to just have it wherever you want.

I'm glad to have been part of the beta readers for this, it's a great adventure that isn't afraid to get real. It has themes of transformation, self-realization, and great intimacy. It feels very much written for us, in the best way possible.

Old Blizzard did things right with druids, across Diablo 2 and World of Warcraft it was just such an enjoyable class to inhabit!
