朝食は、昨日と同じ会場で卵焼き、煮付けの満載に味噌汁、お赤飯お粥、焼き魚に湯豆腐にオレンジジュース、ヨーグルトでした。

次に鯛とまぐろのお刺身、焼肉、小松菜お浸し、りんごジュース、ほうじ茶に炊き込みご飯に味噌汁です。

ホテルの晩ごはんは、食前酒の梅酒の水割りに野菜盛りお肉、キウイと柿、レモン和え、ゆり根とりんごの胡瓜和え、ルッコラ、野菜にゴマだれつけて食べてます。
