My name is Debbie Rigby, PhD Psychology researcher at Leeds Beckett University.
I am also a retired secondary school science teacher and I am investigating what policies and guidance are  available to support and inform women teachers during their menopause transition in the UK.
This short 10 minute survey investigates what policies and guidance are currently available in your school and gives you the opportunity to share your experiences, good practice and challenges you may face.
