Healing from limerence and anxious attachment can’t happen if I continue to shame and beat myself up when they happen. The key is to lovingly correct myself, (verbal) speak my mantra to control my expectations, and ground myself in reality.

I don’t care about double texting I just hate that is always seen as being desperate. In my mind I rationalize it by thinking I’m being intentional. But it’s never taken that way.

I’m 34 today! Feeling great and happy to feel the sun and breeze against my skin. My morning has been filled with messages of love and affirmation from loved ones and trusted community. Grateful to everyone I meet here on BS thanks for being the healthiest social media friends I’ve ever had ✌🏾🦌
