This training period, I am putting more focus on listening to my body for when it needs rest. If that means skipping a speed workout and replacing it with a pilates class, then that’s what I am going to do.

Scallops are pretty low key seafood - you may surprise yourself and enjoy it!

Excluding seafood options, I would personally lean towards the filet (I’m guessing there’s not a budget limit) or the eggplant mole. 🤤
