My meaning is some people not having empathy or courtesy towards the plight of a cyclist. Just pointing out the facts of a certain percentage of a population which are clinically deranged and could care less that they could potentially kill somebody. Some people just actively want to harm.

Most of you are overthinking it really. 1 in every 100 humans you come across on the daily is a psychopath, there goes your answer. It's not my opinion, it's science.
