I get that hels but London has gardens aplenty. You can walk in any direction and find a park. Personally we found the sky garden overcrowded and pricey.

No. If you want a view book Tower 22 which is the highest viewing platform in London. You can’t eat there but crowds are limited and go eat elsewhere, it’s London !!
