I've officially lived in England for 10 years
I set a goal for myself to start learning Japanese this year. So far I have learned all the hiragana (あ-りょ) and have just started on katakana. I'm using the renshuu app right now as it does short lessons and has mini games. I also have a book for some easy phrases and vocabulary aimed at tourists.

I count it as a HS anime when 90% of the plot revolves around actually being in school (the last 10% being the obligatory sick day/summer beach trip/Christmas date)
I have watched at the very least 1 episode of 28 different shows in January. And actually finished an entire season in the case of 3 of them.
I might have a problem with the sheer amount of content I consume.
I'm watching an absurd amount this month and roughly 1/3 are HS based. They *have* to have something interesting to offer other than just HS kid drama to make it worthwhile
I've reached the age when watching HS anime has me shouting "Tell your parents!" when serious problems are the plot
*hugs* I've become basically addicted to audio books to help me sleep, it keeps my brain engaged enough that the thoughts have more trouble intruding

I made an appointment back in November for a local pharmacy this last week, which was the soonest available on the website. When I got there they told me they'd run out and cancelled all appointments in November. I never got an email, and now I'm sick for the 4th time since September.

I've been slowly reading the Discworld novels in publishing order and 'Hogfather' has aligned with December.
It's book #20 in the series, so I've got 21 left and it'll probably take me another 5 years at my current rate.
If you haven't read them and want more info: They are very cozy, Hallmark style books that you wouldn't mind letting your Grandma borrow
I'm going to try and listen to more music next year, so drop some of your favorite songs that I can throw together into a playlist like an ultimate mixed tape.
I'm pretty flexible with genre, and don't care about understanding the language so long as the beat's good.
Time to start adding vitamin d and c tablets to all my drinks so that I can trick my brain into believing it has seen the Sun this week
