Lila & Johnny have worked hard to sort through their emotions regarding the pregnancy. Honestly, Lila’s ultrasound was a BIG help for them… it made things really feel real. During the visit, they found out they’re expecting 1 healthy baby boy! #TheSims4 #TS4 #Sims4 #Sims #TheSims
