Today I took our school council for a walk and an 🍦 with the residents & staff of a local carehome. It’s the 2nd year of this intergenerational project, where we also have a board games afternoon and Christmas lunch,where the children sing.It is absolutely one of my favourite parts of my job 🫶
I was going to say the gardens! Loads of good places to eat and drink too

Love this idea, I can imagine it has an impact. We look at our class explorer, finding out about them and then doing something creative linked to them. Mine is Maya Angelou so I really enjoy it 🤗
