Yes, there are extensive manual backups and various graceful degradations built in. Same as an airbus A-380 has. Many of the "glowing buttons" are hidden until needed behind cover panels. Right now Crew Dragon is (C)lassified but I look forward to a future coffee table book showing these systems.

Indeed. Some of my friends learned this the HARD WAY(tm) on cruise ships. No amount of sanitizer stops norovirus. Only soap, water, norovirus-killing disinfectant, and good hygiene practice will do the trick.
