ʚ Be careful around people that only reach out when you feel down, some of them will only be there to treat your lows as their own entertainment.

ʚ Set standards and boundaries and remember that the only validation that you need in this life and the next is your own.

Sorry--I didn't mean to be insensitive! It's hard to think positive when your brain won't let you, I get that! I have OCD, so I understand how annoying it is to have people wonder why you can't just do this or that and sometimes the things that help me cope don't make sense to anyone else either :(

Another habit I try to keep is easier said than done; focusing on the positives about things. If I'm stuck in a habit of being harshly critical towards myself, it just sends me into a spiral of depression. I try to tell myself at least one nice thing a day. I hope maybe this helps you!
