So I didn't end up posting STP quotes today, too busy. But I did run a DnD game and perhaps Sir Terry would approve.
“Real stupidity beats artificial intelligence every time.” - Terry Pratchett, Hogfather.
I might be posting some cool quotes today.
It's this day again- the anniversary of us losing possibly the smartest and funniest author to ever put pen to paper. 11 years today, but still feels fresh.
totempole666.com/comic/ad-ass... Of all the things the Pilot could be doing right now, exploration of her robo-sexuality sure is one of them.
Also it sparked an even bigger and longer talk about how we're made of water and it's still ongoing.
Holy shit, just watched the Dark Side of the Moon episode of Last Airbender with my 5-year old and it sure sparked a huge talk about why it's evil to make choices about bodies of other people.
What an awesome fucking show.
I just don't heart them :P
Thank you! Bear in mind I've been doing this for a long while now (22 years this year). But I've always loved webcomics and there were very few times when I wasn't running one.
You may or may not know that over the years I made a ton of SFW webcomics. I mostly keep these completely separate just to keep the adult stuff far from the eyes of people not seeking such content.
If you'll allow me to brag a little bit, last weekend my comic won an award at the Podziemne Kocury indie comic festival in Poland- for the best webcomic!
The award went to Necros, my SFW fantasy comic about a lady ghost and kid necromancer- you can read it here: kokoart.net/series/necros/
You should get into the habit of turning off ad-blockers on sites you want to support anyway (unless the ads are horrible or intrusive). It can probably really help!
Also here's a happy thing: the ad network transition is complete! Now the only ads on the site are from www.comicad.net (the new, comic-focused ad network) or spicerackcomics.com (NSFW webcomic collective I'm part of). You can safely turn off ad-blocking on my site.
If you do enjoy it, I invite you to support the comic on Patreon for early pages, downloadable chapters and lots of other goodies! Chapters also available on itch, lulu and such. www.patreon.com/vilga
The spaceship has docked, ladies and gentlemen! totempole666.com/comic/ad-ass... Please enjoy this human-robot relation.
Wait, do you mean the foil? I haven't even noticed it! :D But it's there! So you're saying I should peel it off?
I got new earbuds! It's new earbuds day. Nothing Ear 2.
Kind of a big deal, since it's tech that I use for multiple hours every single day for years. Wrote a bigger post about it on Mastodon for those interested- comicscamp.club/@totempole/1...
In my case it shows my subscribed videos, but it picks and chooses which ones based on what it thinks I'd want to see (and what I actually want is a clear chronological list of everything)
Found it, will try it out! Thanks.
I actually do use youtube's recommendations quite a lot- I often check the home page when i need a video to play in the background and don't have anything of interest in my subscriptions. But those I want chronological and stable, as gods intended.
It's all right. It's fine. I'll just listen to more audiobooks and use less youtube.
Youtube just shoved its 'most relevant' algorithm bullshit on the top of my beloved 'subscriptions' list. My hate towards google's UIs knows no bounds and it's always made even stronger by the love I used to have for their stuff.
Okay hear me out, Delicious in Dungeon but with Pokémon.

I've been doing my own comics full timr since 2013, worked from home, then with two friends in an appartment, now home again.
Working with friends from an office is freaking amazing. It's tough to pull off and should be cherished
There you go, a Sick Vilga Filler.
Might be all I have in me today. Went up on Patreon and Subscribestar too.
Actually, wait, while I have the energy to sit at my desk, let me quickly draw a sick Vilga for us.
All January I was REALLY hard at work shipping the remaining Kickstarter books. I felt it in my body that when I'd be done, I'd crash hard and get really sick. I finished, went for vacation (you never get sick when going snowboarding, you only get better) and yesterday it finally caught up to me.
Something about that butt makes me think it gets a lot of use.
I once read a comic about a sexy superheroine getting captured and bound a lot, but I don't remember it being *quite* this hot.
I adore Pink Pirate's art. Glad they're making a lot of it! I think they're open for commissions, too.
The quality is honestly a bit insane. The author made a colour comic before (of high quality) and this looks as if they just put all the colouring time into linework and halftones.
This has been my experience as well! I only broke everything once, when I accidentally interrupted an update.
