Switching from Death Stranding 1 to 2 is tough. Story is full of kicks in the gut that make me uninspired to push on, more emphasis on combat is unwelcome and the controls feel sluggish and slow.
But that's also good, because I don't get sucked into the game as much! Back to work.

If your PC is old, getting a console is probably the best thing to do- I recommend a PS5, since it allows you to get used games. I buy most games after a few weeks or months have passed and the used prices fall to around 50$.

I think it would work well with a whole team being kid characters- it would set a vibe for everything.
We had one person playing a young character in dnd recently and she didn't like it, felt it was restrictive.
Funnily enough she insisted we kill the character off before moving on to another.

Finished Death Stranding 1. The game got its hooks into me in a MASSIVE way, I could not put it down. Overall I loved it, despite the pacing being weird in some places, story-wise.
I guess I should finally go give MGS3 a chance, since it's Kojima's most praised game.
But first, Death Stranding 2.

Me, looking them dead in the eye as I launch Death Stranding from their store through Steam just so my ps5 gamepad works in it: gee, I dunno.

Obviously it's insane in places, but when a few story surprises are out of the way and you get used to the game's obsession with your pee it's rather tame. Other than, you know, using still-mother-born fetuses as magic sensors.

I won't show any of the bonus materials here, because the point is to make it NEW and exclusive to the book! :)
So a few words about Death Stranding- it's fun! Very engrossing world and story and surprisingly fun road-building mid-game. Also, less insane than I expected!

I'm finishing up bonus stuff for the Cummoner vol 1 book and playing Death Stranding 1. It's a good game for it, because you get 20-minute cutscenes for colouring and shading.

I'm considerit moving to it! :)

I don't think I have any outrageous food crimes that would make a fun read. But I love nothing more than yesterday's leftover pizza for breakfast and my wife hates it so much she'd rather not see me eat it.

Yeah it's kinda weird. But I have friends who used to just eat anything with just ketchup (including bread, rice etc) so I won't judge you lest I judge them too.

I follow the recipes and all of them say to heat it up with the oven in 250C.

I've been using a moroccan tagine as a dutch oven. I've had one for years, a gift from my mom, and always felt bad that it was being unused. Well now it's in the oven every day :P just with bread and not veggies.

I can think of a few sexy scenarios taking place in a bakery.

But I'm baking one every day and trying to be better, so I suppose patience will sooner or later bear fruit :D luckily it's pretty cheap, at least until I get a new electricity bill.

That one was my best so far. My latest one was also good looking from the outside, but inside it was heavy and compacted. Honestly I've been doing ok, but I just don't feel like I'm any sort of consistent or that I can achieve the specific stuff I'm aiming for with each one.

After overfermenting I overcorrected and underfermented a few loaves. Rose well but the cumb has been uneven, with packed parts and huge holes in places. Why is baking bread so hard?

Is today the day I finally achieve Good Bread?
