One thing we discussed today that will stay with me is how as regular people we talk ourselves out of demanding what we deserve. Lots of reasons why this is so but it's absolutely lowering the threshold re: public policy. Expectations are below ground & that means that what we "win" is insufficient.

Adam Baldwin was literally *the* guy who named GamerGate and made it go viral. It was just some loser 4chan/incel YouTuber shit before then. They spammed him to get his attention because they knew he’s also a psycho loser and they wanted to make it go viral, and he did it. And it worked.

A Fallout 4 QA tester nuked the RPG so hard that Zenimax executives got emails about it: "I was running around super-nuking the entire wasteland and found 4 crashes in a single morning" "I am professionally stupid in a way that a machine could not even dream of"
