While Bluesky may not have the user base of Twitter or FB (611M & 3.07B), it does have a healthy 38 million registered users.

Bluesky reaches people who tend to be kind, solutions-focused & future-oriented, compared to the big corporate social media channels.

I consider that a feature, not a bug.

New liberal platform on housing released today. Big move to create a new agency but while the pledge to cut dccs is there wish we saw more on exactly how they will reduce charges and support cities infrastructure needs.

Thanks for bringing this up Mike - it is a repeatedly lazy move by the Feds. If they broaden who could use this it would help a lot of ppl. With a bit of effort they could establish criteria that fit the program they truly want.

B.C. housing starts fell last year. Industry leaders fear trade war will make it worse Housing construction has slowed more than the government's earlier projections, and the trade war means its unlikely to rebound quickly.

Previously the BC housing ministry blamed city approvals for the slow down. But now the finance minister says its the market. Seems they arent sure now
