It's bad enough that AI garbage is invading our art spaces, but every so often I find it needling its way into music playlists, where something feels a bit off and I check, & it's an AI song.
It is violating. I want art and music by human beings, not machines. I can't even trust new music anymore.

The DA higher-ups don't give a shit, which is why it's run rampant with GenAI trash and art thieves. A LOT more art thieves than there were a decade ago.

Fully agree. DeviantArt worked in a way that curated both individual gallery spaces (your profile) and collaborative galleries (groups) based on certain themes, which was amazing for building community.
Now, art is only profitable aesthetics. Can’t believe capitalism took community out of art…
