I'm going to start putting together some free info and resources for indie game devs looking to self-publish. I see a lot of people making simple mistakes, and hear a lot about being overwhelmed by what they need to do.

Do folk have specific self-publishing questions they'd want answered?

It could work in a tournament, if the odds are against you with your current opponent you could choose to forfeit to battle for 3th-4th place next round! That’s not really a winning strategy overall though…

The best thing about October is that I can unashamedly check out a bunch of books about witchcraft, the paranormal, urban legends etc from the library and for once it’s entirely normal

I tend to associate the balance of light and dark in a sort of reversed way for some reason. In the dark ignorance is bliss, you can’t see the things that can hurt you. The danger doesn’t reveal itself until you find the light, and it’s like a burning uncontrollable flame

I’ll never forget that one time I first encountered a mob spawner in a cave….. spiders everywhere I was terrified for days, I don’t think I’ll ever recover from that

Sometimes when I look at trees I notice how small they are. They don’t actually reach the sky, not even close. The trees are nothing compared to the infinite sky. Nothing at all

Look I think that’s just a programming mechanism (even though it’s still terrifying) but endermen?? Spiders larger than yourself?? Minecraft will forever scare me more than any horror game ever could
