I used to do the zig zags. Mamma worried that she might trip over me. Mamma and I have that all worked out now. I have dedicated sniffy time on our walks and she knows I’ll go zig zag. 🤭

That makes sense. When I was younger (in my 20s), I had one eye near sighted the other more far sighted. By the time I was in my 30s, both far sighted. Have had progressives for at least 15 years now.

It’s been ages - at least 12 years - since I could drive or watch tv with no glasses! When I get to that point, I’ll feel like a kid again! So looking forward to that. I won’t even mind if I need readers! 👓

Mamma here: Glad to hear mom did well ❤️ I figure I’ll get both done, although my right eye is annoyingly cloudy and worse than the left. Not sure if I want distance corrected in both eyes or distance in one and near in the other. Evaluation is tomorrow so I’ll be more educated afterwards.

I be good. Watching over Mamma. She hasn’t slept well for a couple nights. She needs a cataract surgery and she be a little nervous about dat. So I try to keep her calms and happy till daddy takes her to da doctor for da evaluation. I tell her she will be fine but she still is nervous.
