Sketchup wasn't too hard to learn, Blender on the other hand 💀

for BGs I try to buy whatever's already made since I don't wanna design architecture

but I've learned basic blender enough to make guideline models if needed, for objects at least!

I do! extracting the lines within CSP can be handy when setting up angles and such, but it can't handle large background files so I usually do big backgrounds outside of the program

in my experience, pretty hard 💀 Blender's UI and settings are incredibly unintuitive

not to mention different Blender models have different settings/modes, all depending on the maker, and it can really slow down the PC just for one BG image

first one is from Sketchup, second one is from Blender

both have their pros and cons imo
(I've given up on textures in the blender workflow)
