But it doesn't drown in management, that's the point, yes there are a lot of managers but its a massive organisation and there's a lot less managers than private businesses of equal size, or if you sized up private businesses to be the same size as the nhs.
They use the same arguments to try get rid of the NHS. Always claiming theirs too many beurocrats and managers despite the nhs having a much lower number of managers than equal sized private companies of you scaled them up.
