I've thought about this term so often and it makes me angry. Humans as resources to buy up in bulk or β as we see so often in game development β to get rid of when the shareholders demand the line goes up.
We spent a whole day tracking lions and when we found them, we decided to stick around so we could record their calls. Somehow we picked the laziest ones around, because they slept a lot, yawned and stretched but did not make one sound until nightfall. When they finally did roar, it was magnificent
