Snapchat’s failure to protect kids revealed in New Mexico lawsuit New Mexico's attorney general filed a complaint against Snapchat that revealed the tech firm's failure to act on reports of sextortion.

Another sad example of how tech companies are not doing their best efforts to protect their customers, specifically given that they know most of their "customers" are kids and teens.
