That was quite some time ago so the numbers are just ballpark figures, I don't remember the exact ones. Pretty sure it was Austria.

I don't remember if it was Switzerland or Austria but there was a poll asking if other European countries should help them in case of attack, to which like 99% said absolutely yes. When asked if they should in turn also help other European countries under attack only about 15% were in favor. 🤷‍♂️

Sounds fishy indeed, PayPal works just fine in UA and PP had even suspended transaction fees for UA accounts making it cheaper for donors to donate directly, although that may have ended by now, not sure. If you prefer to donate to a German organization have a look at @fellas4europe.bsky.social.

That sucks mate! My dad was a huge whiskey fan and had this ritual where every night he'd pick one from his rarities collection to enjoy after dinner. After chemo his taste wasn't gone completely but it changed somehow and his beloved whiskey started to taste like shit for him.

Not UA-related but still a good cause. 4000 tons (!!) of potatoes are about to go to waste. If you live in/around Berlin and got storage space you can apply for 1 ton of free potatoes to distribute to people in need (or whoever can use some free potatoes).
