i think when i was doing like, not-comics i had a very poor sense of like, giving my art a narrative AND i also found it really boring to make art without a narrative. like i found doing pinups or like "unexplained fetish situation just because" got really boring for me

not to bang on this drum too much but its crazy how often i'd be like "i dont wanna draw, i dont know what to draw, whats the point" then i got into doing comics and now i get home and i'm like "I WANT TO DRAW COMICS"
