Black graphic with text "On his first day back in office, President Trump and his administration: Attempted to unconstitutionally end birthright citizenship Shut down asylum at the southern border Forced the federal government to discriminate against transgender people Rescinded President Bidenβs executive order that expanded voting access Rolled back diversity, equity, and inclusion programs inside federal agencies Reversed requirements that agencies restrict police use of force and opened the door for federal private prison expansion Scaled up the federal government's use of the death penalty" A profile photo of Trump is in the upper right.

Just have to say that the $Trump meme coin is a gift to all of us who are not fans of his.
Itβs just a matter of time until a lot of people lose money from this.

Really sad. Thousands of innocent children get murdered by NRA endorsed semi auto guns and those killers get virtually no coverage. But one billionaire scumbag gets murdered and the mayor uses it as a photo op. Truly sad.
26.12.2024 00:56 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Where was this outrage when Trump sold his pardons for money? At least Biden is trying to do his part in combating over-incarceration.
25.12.2024 08:26 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0These MAGAts are poor because they don't value education and don't value hard work. The illegals aren't the reason why these red states are poor and educated. The easy out is always to blame others... Like they did in Nazi Germany.

24.12.2024 20:23 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Earlier this month, Joe Biden granted nearly 1,500 Americans executive clemency.
βAmerican society tends to favor swift and harsh punishments; it recoils from mercy,β Elizabeth Bruenig writes. Clemency can correct our militant tendency: theatln.tc/p7u3SNZM
Let's face it. For the next 4 years we're going to witness grift on a scale previously unimaginable. It will be important to protect our own self-interests (eg: senior citizens advocating to protect the future of Social Security and Medicare) while the next administration greeds itself silly.
16.12.2024 03:32 β π 4 π 2 π¬ 1 π 0Most of the people who were on Cares Act finished their sentences. So I think there's about 1500 left. Those are the people who got commutations. ACLU did not advocate for releasing some while lobbying for reincarcerating others.

The caption reads :Almost every justification I've seen today had used Bible verse, saying this country needs Jesus. Respectfully - no it doesn't. Christians need Jesus. America needs separation of church and state, the foundation in which this country exists in the first place. You're allowed to let your religion control your own life. But you are not allowed to let it control the entire country."
Without freedom of religion, everything this country was founded on becomes twisted.
I support your choice to be Christian if you support my choice to not care.
There will be no obeying in advance.

1) The CARES Act commutations today
2) Two limited grants for possessing marijuana
3) Pardons for service members prosecuted for crimes associated with being LGBTQ
But his focus on categorical clemency may serve to prepare other such--like (hopefully) commutations to those on death row.

Two fascist Senators - Tom Cotton and Marsha Blackburn - tried to use the Cares Act HC people for personal political gain by lying to the public that these are violent criminals that need to be sent back neglecting to mention the program's success and how it saves the tax payers millions a year
