If Roxas from KH2 and Vergil from DMC were combined into one character
For Gunbreaker, I stick to Crownsblade Recollection because it's black and silver and emits a blue glow and the Leonhart attire.
For Red Mage, I use the Roseblood attire
For Dark Knight and Paladin, I use the artifact armor shown in the Shadowbringers and Endwalker trailers respectively.
I usually try to go for the color palette associated with the history of the job throughout the series.
For Viper I just dyed my gear black since dual wielding swords doesn't have a strict history or aesthetic in FF.
For Samurai, I adhere to the job's long-running red and black aesthetic.
I hope they're not going crazy but yeah that set is not cooking aside from the sarouel

Apparently my laptop can still run Final Fantasy XIII at 60fps, and even kick it up to 1440p

I'm sorry, but a job overhaul that doesn't massively improve how jobs feel at level 50 and 60 is partially a failure. Not completely, not even mostly, but partially.
I'm at the point where I'll take the 30-minute chop instead of playing under 70.
Idk what they're gonna do for this job overhaul, but within the first 50 levels, every job should have:
- full single-target and AoE filler combos
- first single-target and AoE job gauge oGCDs
- movement options
- spam mitigation for Tanks
- True North at 30 for all Melees
Changed my mind. That shit sucks. I'll get the Viper and Sam Obscurum weapons when I eventually resub
If the Samurai one didnt look as good as it does, I wouldn't bother leving roulette spamming

Yeah the claws and whatnot are really unappealing to me. I usually stick to the emperor's new fists because of them
For me its the Gunbreaker one. The red just bugs me. I see Gunbreaker, I think silver, black, and blue.
For me, it's because I need it. I can't Lion Heart combo, Double Down, Gnashing Fang combo, and Sonic Break inside of No Mercy without it. Same for the aforementioned Viper opener.
Downside to living across the country from the data center and having a shitty ISP.
XV is my favorite too! I wanna replay it later this year for its anniversary
