I am the #1 game engine HATER i don't like how little control I have over stuff (I tried to use unity for the game at first and then dropped it quickly), this is all done in monogame (framework, so a lot of it is from scratch). Polygon tiles are so aesthetic, but so hard to code.... wawawawa
I had started to code the terrain system (Floor texture reused from celeste ch9 here, terrain mesh generation & rendering entirely by me) and then i got stuck with sloped collision (ugh) and my motivation sadly slowed down bcuz of it
