Not the teams, just the US national anthem. Watching the last Canucks game, the crowd boo'ed the anthem, then cheered the singer at the end, making it clear that their displeasure was not with the performer.
FWIW, we use Basecamp, which also has message threading (grouping of messages by topic). Slack and a few others do as well.
