Yesterday was a day of peace. On Friday, my church had the Sabbath Reset, and we made candles and art before guided meditations. Highly recommend for all who need a break from the daily onslaught!

Saw the monks yesterday. It’s an honor to have been there for part of their visit. We need much more peace.
