I was quickly reminded this morning though that panicking isn’t helpful. I’m trying to ground myself and remain a person who can be helpful to others during this time.

I’ve been more consistent the last 19 days than I was all of 2024. And I feel it and see it 💪🏼

I’ve been a fitness coach for 8 years. I know how to lose weight. But grief will really fuck you up and make you completely incapable of following through.

I’m so grateful that I’m at a place finally after a year (post divorce) that I can truly hone in on my own fitness again.

My daughter isn’t cool with TikTok right now. I asked her what she thought. She’s aware that they coordinated with Trump. She & her friends are talking about deleting.

“They took away one of my favorite things and brought it back, giving Trump credit. He’s a narcissist, not a hero! I hate it.”
