I hope you will give it a try, it's pretty close to the real deal especially when it's coming out of the oven hot. I make it fairly often because it's so easy! I think the only negative is that I use Pam spray in my muffin tin. Otherwise it is a good breakfast :)

CDMX vacation is over, what a glorious city! It's a world class place, truly some of the best art and history museums, the best shopping (if only I had more space in my luggage!) and the best restaurants! I have to say that the Museo Anthropologico was just incredible - a must see! Don't skip CDMX!

Visited Teotihuacan pyramids outside of Mexico City this week, which were amazing and well worth the trip, but as we were entering the bus to return back to CDMX this group was introduced to us! It was so cool, I still can't believe I got to see it.1²
