The model kit is 1/25, pretty common scale for car models. It's a little big for 28mm which are closer to 1/35. GW actually under scales their vehicles, that end up closer to 1/43.

I started in 2nd but never got in many games, was starting my Guard when it switched to 3rd. Went back and played 3-4 games of 2nd a few years back and it was a ton of fun. Would rather play any other edition than the current one now
