and you’re lonely when you struggle with creating that optionality; i.e. feeling socially anxious about meeting people and making new friends.
if you're in your hometown or a city, you visit often, and you're physically alone, you’re not "mentally alone" because you’re just a few messages away from scheduling a meeting with someone you know.
