My “big game” is a turn based small unit tatics space game..
I started with a frog eating fruit and avoiding traps and rotten fruit 😂😂
Thing is slowly learning new skills doing different games/types.. until you have the knowledge so you can make “your” game..

Various different tutorials from you tube.. for moving a character, masking them jump, making a score board, collision detection etc..

All very simple things and I learned from my mistakes..

It’s a rubbish game, someone who codes would make it 3-4 hours.. it too me a good 40hr spread ove

Write it down..

I have a long standing idea for a game..
No idea how I’d make it, and if you follow the stream, you know I’m no artist😂😂

But I made a game in godot.. I bought the art work £5 here, there (bunch of packs on icho.io)

And made a simple platform game following var…

80’s power ballads, me and the kids singing along!

We ran 500 tests and: LLMs are quickly passing the threshold of being the most useful tool out there, if you're looking for the location of a photo from scratch.
