i think it was this and the "people can't read signs" thing that we as staff complained about the most when we would hang out after work. like how people would say "what sauces do you have" and try to look at the sauce bottles that were behind a sign that says what kind of sauces we had

whenever i hear someone say "provolone" it reminds me of when i worked at subway years ago and we'd get american tourists in and we would say "would you like swiss, cheddar, or old english cheese?" and they would say "do you have provolone?" and we would say no we have swiss, cheddar and old english

still might cry bc now i don't know what to eat. i really wanted that soup

just tipped a whole can of soup down the drain bc when i opened it it was the wrong colour from what i was expecting and it almost made me cry if you're wondering how the transition to my new brain meds regime is going

i don't eat much meat, especially beef, but a few weeks ago i decided i wanted nachos so i got a thing of beef mince with my groceries but as i was ordering it i was like "hey since when did 500g of mince cost Ten Dollars??"

ugh that little shit!! can you try tricking him into going into the cage of his own volition (put tuna inside) or is he smart enough to know that that's a trap?

but yeah, good to know he's okay. maybe he will come to the new home eventually and just doesn't want to be told where to live 🤦🏻‍♀️

i suppose at some point the rest of my bones will follow suit and will need warming up in order to not be painful but right now it's just my toes that are like "oh it's 15°C in here? time to feel like we're being broken constantly!" 😠😒

probably my current least favourite thing about getting older is that normally in past winters i've barely used the heater unless it's really fucking cold and largely only at night but now my poor widdle feets can't handle the cold so the rest of me has to be uncomfortably warm just to suit them
