I really fuckin love Japanese gangster films man.

The Labour Party is currently:
– Providing intelligence and material support to a right-wing religious ethnostate carrying out a genocide
– Arresting pensioners for holding signs
– Legally classifying a significant portion the public as terrorists
– Attempting to ban trans people from public life

Part of that has to do with the fact that the whole "saviour of the industry" thing is a pretty wild way to approach art generally. Like, do you have fuckin shares in this stuff or something. You can just enjoy engaging with good art

I will say that, as someone who thinks Clair Obscur is a really good game, at no point in my playthrough did I think anything remotely close to "this will save gaming." The further I get from beating it, the more insane that whole narrative feels. What do you even MEAN

Last few months were spent meticulously documenting his life story in discrete chunks ("1989-1999" etc.), and he was seemingly reviewing right to the end to a v small audience. Something kinda poignant about that (don't fuckin smoke though it'll kill you)

And yes this is the Peter Brötzmann I touched upon in my cheese drum kit video lol. This is way cleaner than the original (which isn't streaming anymore I guess) but the first time I heard Machine Gun at ~15y/o it changed the entire way I heard music, approached sound. Brutal, beautiful chaos.

Every one of you doing YT stuff should hire Hamish. The feedback I've recieved has been nothing but stellar! The P.T. video, for example, would have been *way* worse had I not taken his advice and changed the whole structure.
