Ich meine Bildungsurlaub muss nicht berufsbezogen sein und das ändert auch an der Bezahlung währenddessen nichts, siehe die ganzen Yoga-Kurse. Informier dich am besten noch mal selber oder sprich direkt deinen Arbeitgeber drauf an.
Der Kurs selber muss eigenständig bezahlt werden wenn du das meinst
