Embody is the new somebody

A bit pricey though, even at sale price, given what it is. As embody who only wears black, grey and white, my choices are far more simple.

And another US bomber leaving RAF Fairford this morning. I wonder if this one will target a school?

Oh look, the company that we already knew was sinister and through which the UK govt has compromised our defence capability turns out to be a misogynist son of a bitch too.

Yes, but they had Congress as a check and balance. That’s the big difference here.

Imagine if, just a few years ago, somebody told you that a man so dense, ignorant and unsuitable to high office could be the most powerful man in the world and that the politicians in his country would just idly stand by as he wreaks havoc and destroys countries and lives.

And yet, here we are.

The case for electoral reform in the UK is crystal clear but this underlines it. With current projections, FPTP will deliver chaos and voter anger. Given the already fractious nature of our politics and the determination of some to sow societal division we need to act now.

Regime change elsewhere might solve more problems.

My first interview was Leo Burnett, 1994. They said no. In the end I went a roundabout route via media sales (great place to learn how to sell) before eventually convincing Interbrand to take a punt......the rest is hist.........or something.

Yes, being far away from London, especially then, would've made advertising challenging.

Interestingly, after I failed to get into the FO, they advised me to look at the ad industry. Something about ideas, creativity and thinking out of the box, the very things they didn't want.

Ditto but a decade ahead of you. Read Politics at Warwick, left with no debt. Ironically, I went there b/c I wanted to be a politician. I'd planned my path: Foreign Office, see the world and then return to a senior role in politics.

But it turned out that I didn't have a diplomatic bone in my body.

Yup, me too. I remember thinking that it might be the start of sensible politics but look where we are now. Idiots are running the country and trying to stop mostly even bigger idiots trying to get in.

We're currently helping our daughter through uni in London and the financial burden is ridiculous. If she wasn't focusing on a specific career it would be very hard to justify it.

Clegg is, in my opinion, one of the worst politicians we have ever produced. A prime example of a man selling his soul. He was one of the reasons why I voted LD but the sight of him now makes me feel nauseous.

Put that up your digital currency and e-banking backsides, tech bros.

Nick Clegg says that the university tuition fees system is a mess.

There was a public consultation about this which resulted in the decision and makes perfect sense to me. We have far more important things to worry about and dedicate political time to.

The problem with an elite military unit like the Field Marshal is that when working from home I often get the feeling that I’m being watched. #FMJPC

I've had a couple of those and they aren't for doing something wrong either, so are far more worthy of a settlement agreement than being pals with a paedophile.

I'm incredulous at Mandelson's demand for £547k given that he knew he was being sacked for his sycophantic relationship with somebody who - by this time - was a known paedophile. It speaks volumes about his sense of entitlement and his moral compass.

Good lord, what an utterly insufferable and entitled prick Peter Mandelson is.

Imagine knowing why you're being sacked - for your gushing friendship with a known paedophile - and having the gall to demand a £547,000 payment.

Unbelievable.

I clearly don't know enough about it! It just feels wrong to me that all that intellectual property and hard work is treated like that and valued so poorly.

I suspect that Trump's attack on Iran will have far more negative impact on both the Middle East and America than his little brain is capable of either imagining or caring about.

The main reason why I go to the gym is to allow me to eat carbs. Sadly, the older I get, the harder the equation gets.
