Oh a lot of it for sure, but Ive worked as a digital artist since 2012 and mostly used huion at this point.
Learned to live with the downsides of it at this point.
The people recommending it without mentioning downsides though are probably fanboys, hyping up their favorite brand..

I used to have the 13hd personally. After the stupid 3 in 1 cable broke for the 4th time I went huion instead.
Mostly cause of price, but when I tried out my fiancées wacom 27qhd... it does show why it costs what it does haha

I think huion is like 90-95% there compared to wacom for much less money, but if you dont mind paying that extra money for the last 5-10% of quality wacom is still the best.
The gap is closing but still noticable.
Maybe pentech 4 or 5 will be at 99% one day haha

Yeah the tilt of huion is the only thing thats not the best imo.
I was able to achieve my desired tilt effect by playing with the tilt curve in the individual brush, but it wasnt as intuitive as say the apple pencil is for that.
